The NLU Audit completes within ten business days of receiving access to your systems. The Content Pipeline is a six-week engagement with an initial two-week pilot. The Federated Learning Architecture ranges from eight to twelve weeks depending on the number of participating data nodes and complexity of the privacy requirements.

For the NLU Audit, we work with representative samples or synthetic data where production access is restricted. For federated learning work, the architecture is specifically designed so that sensitive data never leaves its source environment — that is the core premise of the service.

Every engagement produces written documentation your team can act on independently. The NLU Audit delivers a diagnostic report with ranked improvement paths. The Content Pipeline engagement delivers a working implementation plus full technical documentation. The Federated Learning engagement delivers an architecture blueprint, reference implementation, and deployment guide.

Pricing is fixed per engagement type: SGD 380 for the NLU Audit, SGD 1,280 for the Content Pipeline, and SGD 2,550 for the Federated Learning Architecture. Scope extensions are discussed and agreed upon before any additional work begins. There are no hidden fees or retainers.

Yes. Some clients begin with the NLU Audit to establish a baseline understanding, then proceed to the Content Pipeline with clearer specifications. Others run the Architecture and Pipeline workstreams in parallel with separate working groups. We discuss sequencing during the initial conversation.
